Salary Range: $21.50/hr. + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Location: On-Site at our Juvenile Assessment Center.

What You'll be Doing?

  • Determines appropriate client services through collaboration with Eligibility Screeners and review of the Needs Assessment.
  • Connects clients to appropriate provider within the network based on individual client needs.
  • Coordinates all required reports and services with HCSO, court partners, Hillsborough County as needed.
  • Processes and tracks all new-law-violations until disposition by the court.
  • Completes all required forms and reports within the required time frame.
  • Completes documentation within required time frame.
  • Connects clients to appropriate activities based on individual client needs.
  • Provide Case Management services in the community.
  • Transport Clients in ACTS Vehicle, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor's degree plus one year of behavioral health experience
  • Valid Florida Driver License.
  • Ability to pass Federal, State, Local Law and Level 2 background clearances.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift and carry.
