Salary Range: $46,000-$48,000/yr.

Location: In-person and On-Site at our Therapeutic Group Home residential program in Tampa, FL.

What You'll be Doing?

  • Provide direct supervision, performance management, training and support to assigned direct service personnel.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of assigned direct service personnel.
  • Prepare staffing schedules to meet the licensure requirements and needs of the program.
  • Authorize time and attendance documents for direct reports.
  • Serve as a member of program's management or leadership team.
  • Serve as back up to the Program Director, and may coordinate with the clinical and nursing personnel to manage program operations, client care and staff.
  • Participate in client case staffing and treatment team meetings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for provision of services.
  • Ensure compliance with required contract, licensure, accreditation, and certification guidelines.
  • May participate in and/or carry out all duties assigned to supervisees, including but not limited to, providing program shift coverage, intake/discharges, psychoeducational and/or life skill groups, security checks and health/safety checks and drills.
  • Develop and review reports related to incident/injury, health/safety, census, behavior management and other non-clinical program requirements.
  • Serve as the liaison with patient referral and funding sources including families, law enforcement, court personnel and other community providers.
  • May coordinate inspections with auditors, vendors and other health and safety officials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor's Degree in human service or business management.
  • One(1) year of team lead, supervisory or other management related experience.
  • Eligibility status, as determined by Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 435 and/or Local Law.
  • Ability to make critical decisions in high stress situations
  • Flexible work schedule as needed.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of operations policies and practices
  • Carrying, stooping, speaking, and listening.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking and lifting
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
