Summary/Characteristics of Position:
The Care Coordinator- Hospital Bridge is a case management position that functions out of medical settings, including emergency rooms, to provide the coordination and linkage of services for individuals recommended for behavioral health services- including substance abuse, mental health and/or housing needs.

This is professional intervention work in a JAC setting of a human services agency providing alcohol, drug abuse, mental health, juvenile justice or other services. Duties include spending a majority of time screening clients for diversion programs.
The Detention Screener will work at a remote Juvenile Assessment Center which processes youth arrested to determine eligibility for release or admission to a detention facility.
This position focuses on professional nursing functions while providing care and treatment to clients coping with or recovering from substance abuse addiction or with co-occurring substance and psychiatric disorders. This is a PRN position located at the Adult Addictions Receiving Facility (AARF) in Tampa, Florida.

The Lead Licensed Practical Nurse provides training and supervision to all LPNs within the Receiving facility. It focuses on professional nursing functions while providing care and treatment to clients coping with or recovering from substance abuse addiction or with co-occurring substance and psychiatric disorders.
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) will provide direct, client centered services to adults admitted into the residential treatment program. The BHT will monitor the daily activities of the clients while supporting the delivery of groups and activities related to life skills, independent living and social rehabilitation.
Provides support to persons served by guiding and encouraging their participation in daily treatment related activities aimed at improving their life situations.
On Call/PRN for all shifts/days.

This position assists person's served by teaching symptom management skills, explaining rehabilitation processes and providing community support networks. Services are provided at various community-based housing units.

The Supportive Housing Specialist is a professional, case management position providing community-based services for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness due to factors of substance abuse, mental illness, and/or chronic physical illness.
Youth Screener's provide professional screening and case management services for youth presented to the Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC) while determining eligibility for release, diversion programs and/or detainment.
The Therapist will provide client-centered counseling services to promote recovery and coping skills related to substance abuse, mental health, homelessness and/or criminal justice involvement.
