Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm
*You may be required to work on a Thursday for socials from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. All staff will rotate on the schedule to meet the standard.
We are also open on all major Holidays so you would be required to work on a rotating schedule to cover Holidays from10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Salary Range: $18.00-$18.50/hr.
Location: On-site at our Clubhouse program in Tampa, FL

What You'll be Doing?
- Responsible for supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of vocational training in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of ACTS Clubhouse.
- Provide job training, placement and coverage on Transitional Employment job positions, as assigned.
- Provide training on the safe operation of all equipment in ACTS Clubhouse commercial kitchen.
- Provide coverage, as needed, in the preparation of daily meals: breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday, and dinners as scheduled. Lunch includes one main entree, as well as the healthy alternatives offered (soup, salad, etc.).
- Provide training on successful Dining Room operation, including instruction of Maitre'd and waiter/waitress duties.
- Provide training in the cafe on retail sales of food/beverages and merchandising.
- Have ability to operate and train members in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe in-design Suite.
- Ability to operate and train members in the utilization of the following Clubhouse equipment: Touch Screen Point of Sale system, Computers, Smart Board and Audio Visual System, iPads and other hand held electronic devices, ID card swipe system, commercial kitchen equipment.
- Provide job training, ongoing management and coverage on Transitional Employment placements (community-based employment positions) for members, as determined by the Program Director.
- Attend and actively participate in morning meetings, house meetings, and team meetings.
- Present in a positive, professional manner at ACTS Clubhouse, on community-based employment positions, and at community functions.
- Work cooperatively with other staff to provide vocational rehabilitation services.
- Demonstrate openness and flexibility in adapting to organizational changes as instructed by the ACTS Clubhouse Advisory Board, ACTS Leadership, and/or Program Director.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner, involving members when possible and appropriate.
- Participate in special activities both within ACTS Clubhouse and the community to promote goodwill and awareness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What is Required?
- Associates Degree in human services related field.
- Ability to pass Federal, State, Local Law and Level 2 background clearances.
- Valid Florida Driver License. Occasional daytime travel to assist Clubhouse members. This position does not require overnight travel.
- Minimum (3) years of professional experience working with adults in behavioral health setting.
